THE HYDRAULICS ALL WORK GREAT AND ARE ALL LEAK FREE. THE ALTEC LRV55 OVER-CENTER BOOM WORKS GREAT FROM BOTH THE UPPER AND LOWER CONTROLS. THE CHIPPER DUMP BED RAISES AND LOWERS SMOOTHLY AND THE OUTRIGGERS WORK GREAT. THE HYDRAULICS CAN BE POWERED IN TWO DIFFERENT WAYS. .FIRST THE THE IS A PTO ATTACHED TO THE TRANSMISSION AND WHEN ACTIVATED WILL THE MAIN ENGINE WILL POWER ALL OF THE HYDRAULICS, NEXT THERE IS A AUXILIARY 3 CYLINDER KUBOTA PONY MOTOR THAT WILL ALSO POWER THE HYDRAULICS (ALLOWS YOU TO SHUT OFF THE MAIN ENGINE AND OPERATE THE HYDRAULICS).
