Here’s a exceptionally equipped, low mileage jetter ready to work! As the pictures and video illustrate, this jetter is in above par condition and sports some very commendable features! With only 104,488 showing on the odometer, this jetter can provide you with years of trouble-free, moneymaking use!!! This truck is equipped with the highly regarded DT466E turbo diesel engine. These engines are known for their long life, easy maintenance, and inexpensive repairs. The engine cranks instantly, sounds great, and it has no smoke or abnormal noises. Another excellent feature is that this truck IS NOT equipped with emission systems that later models came out with. There are no particulate filters, no Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), and no regeneration cycles to deal with!
All the gears on the Allison automatic transmission are engaging properly, pulling strong, and shifting smoothly. The complete powertrain performs very well, with a smooth ride, steady acceleration, straight steering, and even braking. Take a look at the video to see this truck in action!
The aesthetic condition of this truck is above par. The cab has straight and smooth lines, all the doors open and close effortlessly, and the original cab paint is shiny all around. The cab"s interior also stands out; the dashboard is like new, the floor vinyl has no tears or wear through, and the moldings are in good shape. The interior sports dual air ride seats, cruise control, and a very cold AC (even in Texas 100+ degree weather)!
An excellent feature on this truck is the trusted and proven Vactor Ramjet water jetter system! We have tested this system and have been impressed with its performance! The Perkins auxiliary engine cranks right up, the clutch engages effortlessly, and pump easily reaches 2,000 psi! The hourmeter shows 890 hours. We believe the hourmeter is accurate or close to actual hous based on the condition, performance, and appearance of the engine. Furthermore, after running the engine and testing the systems for 2 hours, we pulled the engine oil dipstick and the oil was clear... a tell-tale sign of a low hour engine! The hydraulic hose reel works properly, the wind guide synchronizes nicely, and all the controls and safety systems are operable. Further, there are no leaks on the tank, the hose, or the pump! Take a look at the video to see this impressive system in action! Note: the jetting tip shown in the video is not included with the jetter.
As can be expected on a pre-owned jetter, there are some details and flaws present. Known details are: the rear tires are worn (the front tires are at 90%), the windshield has 2 bull"s eyes, the passenger seat has a small tear, and the expected dings and scratches here and there. Most of this details are evident on the pictures and video. Details aside, this jetter has truly impressed us with its condition and performance! We have driven and tested this jetter extensively and would not hesitate to drive it cross country at a moment"s notice!
