This 1995 International 4900 Bucket Truck runs great and everything works as it should. The DT466 Diesel Engine starts up easily, runs smooth and has no issues. The hydraulics are leak free and strong. The bucket / boom system works as intended. ..all the valves and controls work as they should. The rear platform bumper of this truck does have some rust on the sides, but it is purely cosmetic and everything structural is solid. This truck runs very well. We drove this truck from Missouri to Texas and it ran great. The engine, transmission performed flawlessly. We have also the boom system and hydraulics and everything is operable. This truck is ready to go to work,
