Up for auction is my 95 IH 9400. I bought it in July from a guy that was retiring. I had another truck that was broke down and I needed it for a job that came up. It has a decent running 3406E 355hp w/Jakes. I was told it has 300some thousand miles on a rebuild but have no paperwork to confirm that. It leaks a bit of oil and I think its the oil pan because it has a small JB welded patch on it. It coats the motor and trans and leaves quarter size puddles after its been run. I replaced the starter with a new high torque mini starter. The trans is a Spicer overdrive 10 spd. that shifts good. The rear suspension is IH airride with 40k lbs rears and 3.70 ratio. The housings have some surface rust and a couple wet spots but no leaks. The frame is rust free. The steer tires are maybe 40% tread tall 24s. The rear tires are different from the pics. They are tall 24 caps with thinner tread. Since the pics were taken I blew one tire and all the other tires were dry cracked so I replaced them with better tires just with less tread. Most are around 1/2 tread or a bit under but all legal. The cab has some small dents and as the pics show the paint is rough. The hood has a couple cracks and doesn"t sit down correctly because the front bushings are out. The interior is decent but has been stained over the years. I did a quick wipe down but it should be scrubbed to get it clean again. The AC works but I haven"t had the heat on to see how well it works. The cruise works and the only thing not working is the rear temp gauges. I put a 9370 visor on it and where I drilled the center post for a bracket mount the windshield is cracked. It lasted a few days until the weather changed and 2 cracks appeared going from the hole to the roof so the are not in view. It runs and drives great with no vibrations. I just got done a 2000 mile round to Ga. and back to Pa. with no issues other than the tire. The truck is located in Oxford, Pa. 19363. No reserve. A NONREFUNDABLE down payment of $500 is due 24 hrs after auction ends. Full payment is due 7 days after auction ends.
