Up for auction is my 95 IH 9400. I bought it in July from a guy that was retiring. I had another truck that was broke down and I needed it for a job that came up. It has a decent running 3406E 355hp w/Jakes. I was told it has 300some thousand miles on a rebuild but have no paperwork to confirm that. It leaks a bit of oil from underneath around the oil pan. It coats the bottom but doesn"t leave a puddle. I replaced the starter with a new high torque mini starter. The trans is a Spicer overdrive 10 spd. that shifts good. The rear suspension is IH airride with 40k lbs rears and 3.70 ratio. The frame is rust free. The steer tires are maybe 40% tread tall 24s. The front drive tires are different from the pics. They are tall 24 caps with about 25% tread. The back drive tires are the same ones in the pics and are 80%. They all are older with some dry cracking The cab has some small dents and as the pics show the paint is rough. The hood has a couple cracks and doesn"t sit down correctly because the front bushings are out. The interior is decent but has been stained over the years. I did a quick wipe down but it should be scrubbed to get it clean again. The AC and heat work fine. The cruise works and the only thing not working is the rear temp gauges. I put a 9370 visor on it and where I drilled the center post for a bracket mount the windshield is cracked. It lasted a few days until the weather changed and 2 cracks appeared going from the hole to the roof so the are not in view. It runs and drives great with no vibrations. The only thing it really needs is an exhaust elbow. It blew out a couple weeks ago and I just stuck a clamp over the hole. I just got done a 2000 mile round to Ga. and back to Pa. along with running local loads and it is road ready. I would drive this anywhere without a single worry. I fixed my other truck so I need the money more then this IH now. The truck is located in Oxford, Pa. 19363. No reserve. A NONREFUNDABLE down payment of $500 is due 24 hrs after auction ends.
