Terms and Conditions
All vehicles we auction have clean and clear titles (No Salvage title / No Reconditioned title). The winning bidder must contact Benfor Fine Autos within 24 hours by phone713-828-0048 or E- mail ([email protected]) to start transaction and to receive a Purchase Order via Fax or E-mail. The winning bidder must respond within 24 hours after the auction with a $500 deposit required via bank wire transfer, or certified funds(cashier's check) or paypal to start the transaction. The buyer must complete the transaction within 7 days All sales are subject to $95 dealer admin fee, $100 documentary fee, state inspection fee of $40.75, and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based at .002245 of the purchase price. Ex. $10,000 purchase = $22.45 VIT Taxes.
Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax, registration fee of $110.30. Out-of-state customers may pay tax and register the vehicle in their own applicable state. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We will arrange for shipping, if requested.
