1994 volvo single axle service truck... N14 cummins engine, 10speed trans with air brakes. The engine, trans and rear end are all in excellent condition with NO oil or water leaks. It runs very well and the ECM was replaced approx 5 years ago.
Brakes are all in excellent condition. Air ride suspension AND cab.
Dash A/C and heat as well as A/C and heat controls in the sleeper berth with a nice sound system.
The service body and 6000 lb hydraulic crane is the Maintainer Brand with full compliment of drawers and shelving.
The welder compartment has a hydraulic slide extension that the welder sets on so that it can be extended out of the truck when welding.
The tires are all in excellent condition with 75%+ tread depth -aluminum wheels front and rear.
The compressor is hydraulic drive from the same pump that operates the crane and welder slide.
It is road ready as it sits but could use some TLC (the tool compartment lights need replaced and the air pressure regulator on the compressor has a cracked water collection bowl and the service body could use some paint). The passenger side windshield has a crack in it.
This truck was my personal service truck for several years until I got hurt, then for a year and a half I had a hired mechanic running it and it was not being maintained properly. I am retired now and want to pass this on to someone who wants a good solid affordable foundation/tool to work from.
The interior is stock with very few modifications and is still in great condition with the only real wear showing on the drivers seat (no holes or thin spots, but showing signs of wear on the piping trim on the seat edge)
It does need some cosmetic TLC, but other than that it is a good running, mechanically sound, road ready service truck. The actual miles on the truck are unknown as the odometer was replaced before I bought it.
