Terms of Sale:
We reserve the right to cancel all existing bids and to end the auction early should the item no longer be available for sale. Similar to most vehicles on eBay this unit is being sold “As Is” with no implied warranty and is simultaneously available via the traditional retail sales methods. We always welcome your inspection.
The winning bidder shall contact us via phone or e-mail within one day of the auctions close and provide a refundable deposit of approximately 10% within 48 hours of its final gavel ($250 of the deposit will be automatically forfeited should you not complete the transaction due to “buyer’s remorse”. 100% of all deposits will be refunded for a material misrepresentation of the item or a change in its condition after the auctions completion.) The remaining balance is payable in full via certified funds (cash in-person, money order, cashiers or certified check, bank wire transfer) within seven days of the auctions conclusion. A documentation fee of $172.15 will be assessed on all transactions. The Buyer will be responsible for all shipping related expenses.
