Payment instructions
Items are sold as is with no warranty implied or given. Contact must be made within 48 hours of auction end at (336) 903-4910. Item must be paid for in full within 7 days of auction end, and buyer arranges own shipping.
NC buyers are subject to sales tax unless a valid NC sales tax exemption is provided. We are required by law to collect this in the state of NC because we carry a resale certificate within the state. As for the other 48 states, we charge NC sales tax only if the item is picked up at our location personally. If any third party trucking company or one of our own B & R Equipment trucks hauls the machine to your out-of-state location, this makes the item exempt for us to charge you out-of-state sales tax.
