This is a very good running and working truck. This truck has been in California so it has no rust. Check this one out. It has a Big cam 400 Cummins, 13 speed. The fifth wheel bushings, u-joints, and carrier bearing, brakes, A/C compressor, Alternator, front Sprint bushings, rear bushings, Clutch, Belts, and hood bushings have recently been replaced. if you ever owned a Pete then you know how important having good hood bushings is.
I recommend new tires before being put back into regular service because it hasn"t been driven much over the past two years because I"m no longer working in the transportation industry. It has an upgraded sleeper because this was not available in 1985. This truck has a lot of lights and a few need replacing. Also the wiper blades will need replacing to pass a DOT inspection
The Engine is strong and will pull 80,000 through the desert or over the mountains in the hot summer without overheating.
It has and engine brake, and every gage available. full fenders have been since removed and replaced with partial fenders. it"s the rainy season int so could use a good wash, wax and polishing. It has and upgraded sleeper and electronic cruise control.
