2016 FORD TRANSIT 250 REFRIGERATED CARGO VAN, Refrigerated cargo vans and trucks with high quality refrigeration units, Buy direct from the builder and save money! Plus, No hidden fees (like the cost of the upfit/read the fine print on some of these other ads.)36,500 buys you everything you see here plus shipping to your business in the lower 48. Tax tag and title to be done in your state (most of the time) What you see here is a 2016 transit 250 15,900miles With a brand new ATC 14 with 115VAC electric standby Freezer (-5*F)1 year bumper to bumper warranty on the unit and box. This unit and insulation package is equipped with conductive heat shielding and a convective heat barrier,(to keep all forms of heat out no matter how hot it is outside, and we leave all the self venting built into the truck body unobstructed so the truck can flush out the heat trapped between the box and body every time the truck moves) then we add 3.5 of the most modern high density foam fill product on the market (to keep the cold in.) This process is far more involved and cost 3x more than just spraying in layer upon layer upon layer of foam. This gives you thermal protection against super hot days, AND moisture intrusion protection.(All boxes leak/sweat, if your truck is a solid block of foam where does the moisture go?) Our process also allows us to use a smaller refrigeration unit to do the same, if not, better job(which is what keeps the price competitive if not in most cases cheaper). Refrigeration equipment cost way more than foam, and most guys have to over compensate in refrigeration equipment because they are using poly styrene (think cheap beer cooler/white coffee cup) or closed cell poly urethane (think attic spray in insulation/designed to keep in med temp and doesn"t work well in extremes under 6 of fill.) What does this all mean to you? Imagine paying payments on a truck 3 years in, and it is not cooling like it should. You take it to TK and they say the TD on the unit is correct, (unit is cooling correctly) your insulation is no good. So either you have to upgrade unit or strip out insulation and put in the right stuff. (I have pics of several unit up grades and several refoam jobs we"ve done on our website) IRTech.solutions Note the green foam in the pics. this is used in high moisture content areas like bathrooms, and note how it is still flushed with black mold. The green foam clearly tells you the manufacturer knows of the moisture wicking problem, but sells the spray foam solution anyway. This truck was only 3 years old. Or you can take advantage of my 23years+ in this industry and buy an upfitted truck that is built right the first time and will last longer than you will want to keep the truck. So who is ATC? it is the only brand of van refrigeration made in North America. I like and use this brand first because it brings common sense back to refrigeration. They do not private label their parts. Meaning none of the refrigeration manufacturers make all of their own pats they out source them to vendors like danfoss for driers and valves and SPAL for fans or Sel-Tech for compressors and Areoquip for the hoses. All these guys use these same parts, but pay the manufacturer to private label the parts, that way you can not cross them to something that can be found at a local parts store. Meaning you have to go the dealer to buy them. why? so they can mark it up as much as they want.. For instance The Same EXACT Spal fan is used on the condensers of each unit. When the one on the ATC fails you can take it to NAPA auto parts and get the same exact fan for 78.50. However if one were forced to buy a "branded part." this 78.50 Spal fan now cost 388.74. This is the common sense part.. if Spal makes the fan and both are identical then why buy the more expensive fan? This is true across the board filter drier is close to 100 at the dealer our uncaptured part?? 18.00 at the refrigeration supply. The same goes for labor. The ATC works the way AC and refrigeration has always worked with a very basic switch and relay system. meaning no need for specially trained techs. anyone licenses to work on ac/refrigeration can work on this system. another big plus all of the schematics and diagrams are available on line. Meaning you don"t have to goto the dealer for anything. You can use your regular refrigeration/AC guy.
