Apex Equipment Sales, Inc.-Company Overview
You will find that Apex Equipment Sales is a very different company than other used truck dealerships. We have a full shop on site where each truck that comes into our inventory receives the Apex treatment. Essentially, when a truck comes into our inventory the first thing we do is conduct a full 210-point inspection, which allows us to discover how the truck was used and tells us which parts/components need to be replaced so that it"s ready for the road. Once a deposit is placed on that unit, we begin ordering the necessary parts for the repair process.
Once the necessary parts are in we begin the repair process. The truck will go through several internal inspections, leading to a complete independent Department of Transportation (DOT) inspection. If DOT finds something we missed, we fix that as well, without increasing the price of the truck you chose. We estimate the repair process will take 6-8 weeks from the point when the first mechanic begins the repairs, although it may take us less or more, depending on the individual trucks need. If we can get it done sooner, we certainly will.
Customers are encouraged to visit our location to see first-hand the rigorous procedures that the trucks go through to be considered “APEX Standards Ready. We also invite you to bring your mechanic, or have an independent mechanic accompany you to look over your truck. If there is anything that they find that we missed, we will of course take care of that as well.
APEX is the only dealership in the Nation that can provide you with a 2year, 200k mile extended powertrain warranty on all of trucks back to the year 2000 and it is something that we are very proud of. Why are we the only ones that can offer this you ask? It is because when our trucks leave here they have been meticulously refurbished and brought as close to new standards as possible. The warranty company has seen how we do things here and realized that it is very different than simply selling “used” trucks, and they have the utmost of confidence in our product.
All of our trucks 2000-2016 will come with this warranty. Our warranty is covered anywhere in the US or Canada, as long as your truck is serviced by a certified diesel mechanic.
If you need assistance with financing, we work with a commercial lender that will work with you to get you the equipment you need.
We also have an in house program called Rapid Response Recovery and Repair to further protect our customers. When you get to the point where you purchase a truck from us, and decide to drive that truck home, Apex will be on call 24/7 in case you need any type of assistance. We want to make sure you make it home safely! We also offer drive away service or can ship the truck directly to you.
Once you have received your truck and have put it to work, if you need any technical support we are always available to help trouble shoot any issues and will connect you with either our head mechanic or hydraulic technician. We are here for you!
