Payment must be made by Cashier’s check. Buyer is responsible for Pick up in Bakersfield, CA or must arrange all shipping and agrees to pay all shipping costs.
You the Buyer are bidding on a used trailer in “AS IS” condition. The Seller does not offer any warranty or guarantee either written, expressed, or implied regarding to or of this trailer"s mechanical or cosmetic condition. The winning Bidder agrees to accept this trailer in “AS IS” condition and agrees that any repairs needed on the trailer become the responsibility of the Buyer. The buyer also agrees to and accepts full legal liability at the time of Title transfer and must sign a Bill of Sale and Release of Liability.
