Here we have a fully operational Turn Key Spray Foam Insulation business. It comes with a 1999 Chevy box truck with only 43,000 miles on it, a 14KW Generator with trailer, a 30 gallon tank Air Compressor, GRACO spray gun, with the Spray Foam machine and 200 feet of heated hose.
If you"re looking to start an insulation business this is a great place to start, or if you are looking to add a truck for small to medium sized jobs this would be a great addition to the fleet. If regular maintenance is performed on the machine about once per week you will have no hick-ups whatsoever. As long as you keep a clean and well maintained gun the rest of the machinery should operate without delay.

H30 JHPK Air-Pneumatic spray foam machine with 200 feet of heated hoseGRACO FUSION spray gunI also have 2 extra PKIII spray guns for the machine. a 14KW Dewalt Generator. This generator is inside a small trailer for easy storage and commute. ALSO inside the trailer is a Screw Air compressor. The compressor was used for sand blasting but pumped too much air for the proportioner. Still works but needs a new pully. We do not use this air compressor for jobs, though could be taken out to provide more storage, or fixed for use. Inside the truck is a very new 30 Gallon 180 PSI air compressor. Tool Chest that also works as a Work Bench for cleaning the Spray Gun. Tool Chest is filled just about any tool you might need on a job. Main items are 8inch ginder, battery powered nail gun, and battery powered blower, and Milwaukee Sawzall specially designed for 3 foot foam blades. 4 metal locking cabinets that are secured to the wall for additional storage. All Cabinets are filled with masking supplies, respirators, gloves, body suits, everything to start a job that day you pick up the truck. All walls are lined with hardware to make securing the 50 Gallon drums easy. 2 Hobby Fresh Air Feed Respirators which price out at $750 a piece. Lightly used.
