This 1999 Freightliner former Fedex stepvan was converted into a travel van for a tall couple and their two large dogs. Extra insulation brought us through the hot temperatures of The South and snow at the Canadian border. Fully powered by a commercial solar panel installed on the roof. We ran a refrigerator, heater/fan, lighting and electronics for three months, 11,000 miles without a single glitch. A convertible bed allows for daytime sofa and walking space, and a King size bed for sleeping. The back tool and workspace is accessible from the inside as well as from the roll-up door outside.
