Good running International 345 Gas Burner with a 26 feet equipment rollback bed and a 20 speed quadruplex (twin sticks) transmission. Motor runs great, tranny shifts good and the rollback bed works like it should. There is some loose flange noise under there when you take off but truck was driven to it"s current location from hundreds of miles safely. But this is still a 40 yr old truck, you are guaranteed to see something you wish was better on the truck. It is more of increasing someone"s capabilities, it will be a lot less investment to be able to do only what a tandem axle rollback truck can do, but if you have a bigger ambition you might have to go invest in a more robust unit. Short story short, don"t buy our unit for under $10k and expect a $40k truck performance. It"s just a functional truck to have around for it"s capability. Bed works good but the wood inlay steel covering is separating along the edges, will need repair, the wood flooring under the steel are in good shape for the most part. This is an old truck there will be something you wish was in better shape.” |
