8x5 feet Mini Trailer Camper. Registered in New Mexico, bill of sale only, no title. Full bed built to be movable. Side storage beside bed. x2 Solar Panels mounted to roof, setup to a 2000 watt pure sine inverter, currently have one deep cycle battery (12V 100AH). I ran AC, TV, mini fridge, and Microwave all on solar at one point when generator overheated for couple hours. Room and plans to put a second battery right beside the other. I put in 1inch thick insulation in ceiling with plywood panels covering and then silver inserts for cleaner finish. The back ends swings open to a real tile and grout counter top with unfinished sink (no plumbing, I do have x2 15 gallons water tanks to throw in) raised wall between bed area and back kitchen. Installed tool shelf on back door. Mini Samsung Junior microwave. Starsport Stainless Steel outdoor Stove and Oven (never used). Mounted wall mount Knife storage Chef rack. Mr. Heater Boss-XB13 shower hot water generator system. Hut Camping tent/Shower room (still in box). SereneLife outdoor portable toilet with carry bag (never used). x3 Mr Beam LED motion sensor spotlights mounted to three sides of trailer. x2 Jerry can 5 gallon Steel gas tanks mounted to front end of trailer. Also has Heater/AC, just needs new vent arm attachments. REALLY light weight trailer, I pulled it with a Hybrid Tahoe. Working 2 jobs, dont have anytime to use or finish this anymore. I also have a 2.5 acre Land in Lake Los Angeles if interested (Shown in pic #9) in a combined deal, land has 65 ft natural rock formations on it with driveway leading to it (dirt road). would do $10k for both, feel free to ask questions or schedule a visit.
