1995 International 4400 Flatbed Tow Truck. Truck does not run, it cranks but will not start. Motor has around 200K. 5 speed manual transmission, no frills in the cab. Again the truck does not start. It was in service up to about 5 weeks ago when it would not start. Both doors are rusted, the nose is banged up and there are a few broken leaf springs. The flatbed part of the truck works with no issues, like I said they were driving it every day up to when it broke down. The owner is not sure what is wrong with it. The truck is in the Philadelphia area and will need to be towed out if it is purchased.
I do not have any more info on the truck, I am posting it for a friend.
