This auction is for (1) One Used 1990 Pierce Arrow Fire Engine Ladder Truck Emergency Response. It has a good running Cummins LTA-10 Diesel Engine. It cranks right up and as far as driving it is a good working vehicle and we have videos of it running. As far as the rest of the parts and mechanisms on the vehicle we can not test them because it has a busted hydraulic line that is leaking that will need to be replaced so it is being sold as is, where is. It only has 11,819 miles on the odometer and only 4152 hrs on the hour meter. Everything can be inspected and checked out on the truck when you come to pick it up. By submitting a bid, the bidder agrees to pay for item within 48 hours and remove the property within one week if the bid is accepted. The buyer will make all arrangements for pick-up for shipping/freight and buyer will pay all shipping cost, we will have it pallet ready and will load it on truck. Its approx. weight is 35,000 lbs but I"m not sure but I can get a correct weight before shipping, and the zip code is 39565. We recommend you insuring the shipment because once it leaves our location we are no longer responsible for it. I will email the winner of the auction our phone# for easy communication to work out shipping details. I attached a freight quote calculator to the auction but didn"t know the class so I guessed at 65, so I don"t know how accurate it will be. Just make sure you understand this is just so you can get a ballpark estimate on freight. You have to arrange your own freight pick-up, so DO NOT use this as your way of securing the pick-up.
If you win the auction and you’re not completely satisfied when you receive item, email us through ebay within 3 days of receiving item and ask for a return authorization approval. You can return it for a refund minus listing & shipping fees. Buyer pays all return shipping costs. You must notify us before returning items. If a problem is not brought to our attention by day three the item cannot be returned. Returned items must be post marked within 14 days of day you received the item. Calibration Issues, Software codes, Passwords, Licenses, BIOS upgrades or any software issues are not covered by our DOA warranty as we are selling hardware only. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges and compare them with recorded serial numbers.
Freight Damages: If the package you have received has been damaged during shipping and the box is deformed because of any mishandling, moisture etc., you should keep the package and contact us so that we can file a claim with carrier and request them to inspect the package. A refund will be available as soon as the carrier accepts to cover the damages.
