***Reserve Auction***Just in time for the 2017 Wildland Firefighting season. I have a very nice firefighting project that I have been working on that is almost 100% complete, some cosmetic work still remains. For sale is a fully operational 2007 Ford F450 Type-6 4x4 Wildland Initial Attack Firefighting Unit. Only 102,900 original Miles, V10 Triton engine, these will easily go 200,000 miles with routine maintenance, 6 speed manual transmission, 4x4 transfer case, manual locking hubs, AC (nice and ice cold), PS, PB, PW, AM/FM stereo, bench seat that will seat 3 adults. Nice red exterior color, grey vinyl interior, front fog lights, rear area work/flood lights, all the glass is great. This was a Washington State Dept of Natural Resources (DNR) custom built (#A1S-9100 Initial Attack) Type-6 firefighting unit that was surplussed in 2017. The aluminum firefighting skid unit is removable from the trucks aluminum flatbed, essentially its an aluminum skid that"s mounted to an aluminum flatbed. You remove (4) bolts and unplug (2) electrical quick connects, the firefighting unit can then be 4 point lifted off, leaving a flatbed truck with stake receivers for other mission or organizational requirements. 250 gallon fiberglass water tank, rear mounted mini pump control panel. (2) under bed storage tubes for 10" sections of drafting hose, 20" total. I added the portable electric start Yanmar Diesel fire pump engine with Homelite centrifugal 200 gpm fire pump (Pump casting 47368, HN 2610003, P2.5) The diesel Yanmar fire pump is also removable from the firefighting skid unit, just disconnect the water tank supply line, disconnect the line at the discharge port and turn the intake valve to the draft position. The 486 hrs on the pump panel are associated with the pump engine that DNR removed from this unit at the time of surplus. The Yanmar / homelite fire pump I bought has less that 100 hrs on it. Robwen"s foam system, Hannay electric live reel with 100" of redline, (2) fuel cans in secure brackets, (2) drip torch brackets, (1) rear battery box, a flip down rear access step for upper fire skid unit access, a storage basket with a step is located above water tank. (2) DNR Custom built aluminum dual door storage cabinets, one on each side of the truck. (1) aluminum door is missing on the passengers side cabinet. (1) DNR custom aluminum forward thru compartment that has dual locking baskets on the top. I replaced the drivers door, the drivers door B post and drivers side thru cabinet still has some damage that"s visible in the pictures, both doors still open, close and lock. 19.5 traction tires that have 60%+ remaining, a spare 19.5 tire is also included. This is easily a $25,000 firefighting unit with the damage repaired to the B post and thru cabinet, **Clear Washington State Title**. This is a reserve auction with a starting price of $12,900. My buy it now is $15,900. I will include the Red LED lightbar that"s pictured and (2) Red LED grill lights with a full price buy it now offer! I reserve the right to terminate the auction early with a full price $15,900 buy it now offer as this is also for sale locally. This is a great buy, don"t miss out on this opportunity!! Check my feedback, bid with absolute confidence! I would not hesitate to drive this unit across the US, coast to coast tomorrow.
