This is an older Military truck (maybe an M54) powered by a Continental Multi-fuel engine which were in the military trucks until maybe the late 60"s so I"m guessing at saying it"s a 1970. It has the PTO underneath that drives the water pump to a side and two rear sprayers from a tank that I THINK is 3,000 gallons. I do not know if this truck runs. I bought is for a project the that fizzled out so I"m selling it. When I got it, it had no back tires so I had singles installed so it"s rollable wherever I wish to put it. It"s fire season coming up and with some work you"ve got a water tank truck when you need it.
“Continental Engine, GUESSING tank size of 3,000 gallons, has PTO pump underneath, rear sprays, side sprays. Looks like entire set up. I have no idea if it runs. I'm GUESSING at the year because it's a Continental engine and looks like a x-military where the last Continental engines were about 1970. Model MAY be an M54, but I'm not sure” |
