This is a 1937 Buffalo Fireturck manufactured in Buffalo, New York. The engine is a RXCM Hercules engine which are still built today. This truck was used as a firetruck new at the Independence Volunteer Fire Department in Jenkintown, PA. The Independent Fire Department is still in service. This was a pumper truck (pump has been removed) with all hoses, ladders, axes, fire extinguishers and 6 helments as it was used when it was new. Truck runs good, drives good, stops good. The truck has only 17000 actual miles!
