This is a 2001 Peterbilt 379 EXHD with a Caterpillar 6NZ engine rated at 550 HP. It has an RTLO18918b transmission, Pete low air leaf suspension, 72" window sleeper with refrigerator. Everything that has been done to it is verifiable and we have all the paperwork. Beginning at the front we rebuilt the radiator, replaced the 6NZ motor with 2003 6NZ that we completely rebuilt. The transmission is a complete rebuild that we sat into the truck behind a new clutch. Drive lines spun balanced with all new u-joints, replaced rear wheel bearings, hubs air canisters, and brakes. Truck was completely repainted while powertrain was out being redone along with frame being blasted and painted - all at Deshields in OKC. New rubber Peterbilt front floor mat to replace dirty original carpet but carpet left in sleeper. 8 stainless straight stacks, new LED lights throughout, and then taken to Rush Peterbilt in Texarkana and all wiring checked to be sure gauges worked, lights all work and truck completely inspected to be ready to go to work. I know of absolutely nothing this truck needs to be ready to go to work except a driver which I am not going to do anymore. We completely built this truck for my son exactly as he wanted it right down to power, color and chrome. Then due to me finding out that I wasn"t bullet proof and suddenly getting a platinum kit of my own installed in my heart, told to ditch the stress and live a while longer, I decided that it was time so all of our trucks and trailers are for sale. This is a for real good looking, good running, perform like it"s supposed to extended hood 379 ready to go make money. It isn"t gonna be cheap but it won"t recapture any where near what I have in this rig.
Selling the truck as it is where it is and not guaranteeing it but if there is anything wrong with this truck I don"t know what it is. All the paperwork to show everything that was done is available for your inspection and I sure don"t think you could go wrong with this gal.
