The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Hennepin County, Minnesota and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Hennepin County, Minnesota.It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings and arbitrations shall be Hennepin County, Minnesota.
