Up for auction is a 2001 Ch-613 golden bulldog edition tractor. E-7 350/370 hp engine, 9 speed Mack transmission & Mack rears. The frame is free of any serious rust and is straight. The wheel base is 208. The truck is equipped with power steering, air ride suspension, air ride cab, air conditioning (that works) and cruse control. 11X22.5 aluminum wheels, twin aluminum fuel tanks and aluminum storage box. The truck is ready for immediate work and DOT compliant. I am the second owner of the truck. The truck has been fleet maintained since new. Some recent improvements include a new turbocharger & new oil pan. No oil or coolant leaks. Engine overhead has just been run and oil & filters changed. Everything works on the truck. Other history includes: Replaced clutch two years ago (it goes into gear without grinding). Replaced transmission with a recon (two years ago). Replaced air compressor & air dryer (about a year ago). Both rear ends have been rebuilt about 250,000 miles ago. The truck does not track sideways and it wears all tires evenly. The tie rod tube and tie rod end are about two years old. The king pins check ok and the front has been aligned.The paint work is about three years old. The drive tires are straight tread and are ~65 to 75%. The steers are ~60%. As a bonus, when my reserve is met, I will have two new radial tires installed on the steers axle. Most of the above work has been performed by a Mack dealership.
